Preserved Books authors Darra Goldstein, Cortney Burns, and Richard Martin are currently promoting the release of the latest volumes in the Preserved series: Drinks (Vol. 3) and Vegetables (Vol. 4).

Recent events have included appearances and signings at the first-ever Fermentation Fest at Union Square Greenmarket in New York City, an author talk at Bold Fork Books in Washington, DC, and a Chanukah discussion with the Jewish Food Society in New York City.

Past events in support of Preserved were held at Bold Fork and at Omnivore Books in San Francisco. We have also held collaborations with chefs and restaurants, including special Preserved dinners at Falansai in Brooklyn, NY, and at State Bird Provisions in San Francisco. Stay tuned for more soon-to-be-announced events from Preserved.
